It's amazing to me how when a new company debut's people who have not joined or who have not done any research on the company can take one look and call it a Pyramid Scheme.
Most of this ignorance comes from the visual structure of a matrix pay plan. When people see a matrix pay plan they instantly call it a pyramid because of the structure.
The most interesting part of all of this is that we all are in a pyramid of some sort.
Question do you have a boss? does your boss have a boss? does that boss answer to an owner? Then you work in a pyramid structure. Everything is a pyramid. Our Government is setup in a pyramid structure, Your job, The Mafia, The Dallas Cowboys Organization. Just because a pyramid structure is used as a pay structure does not make it a Pyramid Scheme.
The reason I am writing about this today is because a bank in New York told it's tellers to tell ROI Unlimited members who have been coming in cashing $20,000 checks that they were in a Pyramid Scheme. The news got back to ROI Unlimited and our lawyer got right on it and sent that bank a Cease and Desist Order to
STOP HATING IMMEDIATELY!
This particular bank was trying to hold checks longer then usual out of their ignorant beliefs about ROI Unlimited.
Below is three parts of the Cease and Desist letter written to this bank.
"The short definition of a Pyramid Scheme is the payment of rewards for events unrelated to product sales i.e. recruitment bonuses."
"ROI Unlimited is not a pyramid scheme. It's compensation plan is driven 100% by the sale of products to both distributors (its sales people) and its customers (people that purchase the product for the value only with no interest of making sales)."
"ROI Unlimited is a legitimate operation no different from your more notable direct sales companies like Amway, Avon, Mary Kay, etc. ROI participants are not rewarded for recruiting additional participants. Rather, they're rewarded for selling the travel rewards program to end users."
So what's left to say but ROI UNLIMITED
We are here to stay and we will sue anyone who wants to maliciously run our company through the mud!
I am proud to be a ROI Unlimited member!
This company is serious and will fight to protect our company name and reputation!
We are here to help hundred's of thousands of people by giving a good product and a chance to EARN money!
