The Network marketing industry carries a 98% failure rate for one very simple reason. Most people have no idea how to grow their home based business.
Here is the normal story you will hear. I needed to make some money from home so I joined this MLM Company. My sponsor told me it was easy to make money by sending out postcards. I feel very sad for people every time I hear this story. The person has obviously lost money. The sponsor is partly to blame for not giving better guidance and now this person has a bad opinion of Network Marketing Companies. The main problem in Network Marketing is that people join who 1) People don't really want to network they want everything to be automated and they do not want to have to talk to people. 2) People do not know how to market online or offline. Since the industry is called Network Marketing I am sure you can see how there is basically no way to have success if your belief system is in this mindset.
I hope in this article I can shed some light on this industry. What you first must understand is that if you are going to join a Home Income Opportunity, that company is not your business. The company you join is just one of your income streams. It's one of your products used to gain wealth. But in Network Marketing your business is showing people how to have and use a business system.
What I mean by this is you have to have a business model that you follow on a daily basis to get leads to your websites, blogs and social pages. You have to have a marketing system also known as a sales funnel. You also have to be able to give people valuable information that they can use to grow whatever business they are in.
The bottom line is that there are thousands of online income opportunities out there. So just going out trying to get people to join your company with nothing of value to offer them will render to be fruitless. It will cost you money, time and sure enough it will lead you to become part of the 98% of people who are failing in their home based business.
So now the real question comes out, how do you develop a business system that works?
Well just like you had to be trained at any job you had in corporate America. You have to be trained by successful marketers who have and use a business system to grow their online income opportunities. Unfortunately finding the right person to help you is a whole lot easier said then done.
